LOFTY PRICING
Lofty pricing plans: Lofty CRM pricing, the AI Sales Agent at $60 to $199, and the text and call packages
Lofty quotes its CRM platform on a demo, but its help center prints the AI Sales Agent, text and call package prices. Every line below comes from Lofty's own pages, then added up.

Lofty does not publish a price for its CRM platform. Its pricing page lists four plans, Lofty Agent, Lofty Team, Lofty Broker and Lofty Enterprise, and every one shows a Request Pricing button instead of a number, with a note that the price depends on your package, seat count, upgrades and lead generation programs. The prices Lofty does make public sit in its help center, which we read on 19 September 2026: the AI Sales Agent costs $60 a month for 200 leads on Pro, $150 for 500 on Max and $199 for a shared 600-lead Team agent, with extra capacity at $0.30 per lead. Text packages are $49 for 5,000 texts and $89 for 10,000, and call packages are $15 for 500 minutes or $79 for unlimited.
So a Lofty bill is a quoted platform fee plus published add-ons. The platform figures that circulate online, such as $449 a month for a single agent, come from third-party reviews rather than from Lofty, so treat them as a rumor until they are on your order form. If the job you are buying for is an AI that replies to every buyer and seller lead in seconds and books the showing, MessageAgent Growth does that across SMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, web chat and email for a flat $199 a month with 5,000 AI conversations and no lead quota.

The Sales Agent quota is capacity, not a monthly allowance. Every lead the AI has messaged holds a slot for up to six months of follow-up unless you mute it, and when the slots are full the AI stops enrolling new leads. Size it on how many leads the AI is working at once, not on how many arrive each month.
What you get
Everything one AI agent handles
Lofty prices its AI, not its CRM
The four platform plans on lofty.com show Request Pricing and nothing else, and the page's structured data carries no price either. The AI Sales Agent, the text packages and the call packages all have published rates in the help center. That split matters when you compare quotes: the parts you can price in advance are the add-ons, and the part that anchors the bill is the one you only learn on a demo.
The Sales Agent has no volume discount
Pro works out at $0.30 per lead ($60 for 200), Max at $0.30 ($150 for 500) and extra Max capacity at $0.30. Moving from Pro to Max costs $90 for 300 more leads, which is also $0.30 each. So the Max premium pays for Custom Skills and the Knowledge Base, not cheaper leads. Team is $199 for 600, or about $0.33 a lead, while a Max agent topped up to 600 costs $180.
Size the quota at six months of leads
A lead the AI has messaged keeps its slot for up to six months of follow-up unless you mute it. If most leads never reply, the slots in use settle at roughly six times your monthly new leads. That means Pro's 200 slots cover about 33 new leads a month, Max's 500 about 83, and 100 new leads a month needs about 600 slots, which is $180 on Max or $199 on Team.
A full quota stops your newest leads
Lofty says that when capacity is full the Sales Agent keeps working every lead it already has and stops enrolling new ones until you add capacity or upgrade. You are not charged for going over. The trade-off is that the leads left out are the ones that just arrived, which are usually the most likely to answer. Muting leads that have converted or gone to an agent frees slots.
Text overage runs about double the package rate
Growth texts cost $0.0098 each inside the package ($49 for 5,000) and Elite texts $0.0089 ($89 for 10,000). Overage is $0.02 a text, about twice the in-package rate, billed immediately in blocks of 1,000. Lofty also notes that emojis, images and special characters can split one text into two or three. Texts sent from the Sales Agent's own virtual number do not count against your text limit.
When unlimited calling pays off
The Growth call package is $15 for 500 minutes and $0.03 a minute after that. It reaches Elite's $79 at about 2,633 minutes a month, which is roughly two hours of talk time every working day. Below that, Growth is cheaper on minutes alone. Elite also unlocks live transfer, call scripts, smart call lists and working hours, so the feature list may decide it before the minutes do.
What other real estate CRMs charge for AI follow-up
Follow Up Boss includes its AI features on every plan, from $69 per user a month ($58 billed yearly). Sierra Interactive sells its Lead Engage AI for $199 a month with unlimited leads, but not on Starter, so its floor is $399.95 plus $199. Real Geeks charges $49 a month for Geek AI Text on a $399 platform with a $500 setup fee. Lofty Max passes Sierra's flat $199 once you need 700 leads.
Where Lofty is the stronger buy
Lofty is a full real estate operating platform: an IDX website, an AI-powered CRM with unlimited contacts, marketing automation, a dialer, lead generation programs, team routing and brokerage tools such as single sign-on and white label. For a team or brokerage that wants all of that from one vendor, a messaging tool does not replace it, and the Sales Agent add-on is a fair price for AI follow-up inside it.
Where a flat AI messaging plan fits instead
If you already run a CRM you like and the gap is speed to lead, you do not need a new platform to fix it. MessageAgent answers buyer and seller leads on SMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, web chat and email with one AI, qualifies budget and timeline, and books the showing. Growth is a flat $199 a month with 5,000 AI conversations included and no quota that stops new leads.

Common questions
Lofty pricing questions
How much does Lofty cost per month?
Lofty does not publish its platform price. All four plans on its pricing page show Request Pricing. The published add-ons are the AI Sales Agent at $60, $150 or $199 a month, text packages at $49 or $89 and call packages at $15 or $79. Figures such as $449 a month appear in third-party reviews, not on Lofty's site, so get a written quote.
What are Lofty's pricing plans?
Lofty sells four platform plans: Lofty Agent, Lofty Team, Lofty Broker and Lofty Enterprise, and its help center also refers to Broker 15 and Broker 50 tiers. None has a published price. The comparison grid lists a fully customizable IDX website on all four, and the tiers differ mainly in team and broker tools such as lead routing, team management, single sign-on and white label.
How much does Lofty AI cost?
Lofty's AI Sales Agent has four packages: Freemium with 10 leads for free, Pro at $60 a month for 200 leads, Max at $150 a month for 500 leads, and Team at $199 a month for 600 leads shared across a team. On Max and Team you can add capacity at $0.30 per lead, in blocks of 100. It is billed on top of the Lofty platform.
Does the Lofty Sales Agent quota reset every month?
No. Lofty describes the quota as storage space rather than a monthly allowance. A lead the AI has messaged stays in the quota while the AI follows up, which is six months by default. It leaves the quota when you mute the AI for that lead, manually or with a Smart Plan, or when the lead has not replied after six months.
What happens when my Lofty Sales Agent quota is full?
The Sales Agent keeps working every lead it is already following up with, but it stops enrolling new leads until you add capacity or upgrade. Lofty does not charge for going over unless you buy more quota. In practice a full quota means your newest leads get no AI reply, so check the count before a big listing campaign or open house.
What is the difference between Lofty Sales Agent Pro and Max?
Pro is $60 a month for 200 leads and has the same features as Freemium. Max is $150 a month for 500 leads and adds Custom Skills, a Knowledge Base and early access to new features. Both work out at $0.30 per lead. Pro cannot add extra quota, so an agent who outgrows 200 leads has to move to Max or Team.
How much are Lofty text packages?
Basic includes 2,000 texts a month with certain platform packages and cannot be bought separately. Growth is $49 a month for 5,000 texts and Elite is $89 a month for 10,000. Overage is $0.02 per text on Growth. For Elite, Lofty's table lists $0.015 while its FAQ says $0.02, so confirm the rate in your contract.
How much does Lofty calling cost?
Basic includes 100 minutes a month with certain packages, with no overage allowed. Growth costs $15 a month for 500 minutes plus $0.03 a minute beyond that. Elite costs $79 a month for unlimited minutes and adds live transfer, call scripts and smart call lists. The three-line dialer has a daily limit of 2,000 dials in two or three-line mode.
Is Lofty cheaper than Follow Up Boss?
You cannot tell from published prices, because Lofty does not publish its platform fee. Follow Up Boss does: Grow is $69 per user a month, Pro is $499 a month for 10 users and Platform is $1,000 for 30 users, with two months free when billed yearly. Follow Up Boss includes AI features on every plan but no IDX website, while Lofty bundles the website and sells its AI Sales Agent separately.
Can the Lofty Sales Agent answer Facebook Messenger leads?
Yes. Lofty's help center describes a Facebook channel integration that lets the Sales Agent reply in Messenger, alongside website chat, SMS and email. Instagram DM is not among the channels its help center lists. If most of your leads arrive in Instagram or WhatsApp as well as Messenger, check channel coverage before you choose, not just price.
Does Lofty have a free trial?
The pricing page offers a demo and a Request Pricing form rather than a self-serve trial. The only free option we found is the Sales Agent Freemium package, which covers 10 leads with the same features as Pro. Lofty's demo form promises a guaranteed lowest price on new subscriptions and add-ons, which is worth holding them to in writing.
Does Lofty require a contract or a setup fee?
Neither is published on Lofty's pricing page. The Sales Agent renews monthly and can be changed any time, according to the help center, but the platform terms are set in your order form. Ask for the contract length, any setup or onboarding fee, the cancellation notice window and the renewal increase before you sign.
Is Lofty worth the cost?
It can be if you use the whole platform: website, CRM, marketing automation, dialer and lead generation in one place. If you mainly need faster replies to the leads you already get, you are paying a quoted platform fee plus an AI add-on to fix one problem. Price the platform quote and the Sales Agent quota together against your actual monthly lead count.
What is a cheaper alternative to Lofty's AI Sales Agent?
For AI replies and showing bookings without changing CRM, MessageAgent Growth costs a flat $199 a month with 5,000 AI conversations across SMS, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, web chat and email, with no quota that pauses new leads. Real Geeks sells Geek AI Text for $49 a month, but only on its own $399 platform. MessageAgent does not include an IDX website or dialer.
