PushPress pricing starts at $0 for Core Free, then $159 a month for Pro and $229 for Max, in US dollars. Grow, the marketing CRM with email and text follow-up, is $329 a month on top; Train is $79, the branded app $97, and the Full Stack bundle about $559. The plan fee is the small part: the free plan charges 4.99% plus 30 cents on every card payment, against 2.89% on Pro.

That gap makes Pro cheaper than Free for any gym processing more than about $7,571 a month. A 150-member gym at $175 a month pays roughly $1,190 a month on Free, mostly in card fees, and $797 on Pro. The table prices every line, and the last row shows what an AI that answers your Instagram DMs and books intros costs next to Grow.

On PushPress the processing rate moves the bill more than the plan fee. Lead follow-up is a separate $329 add-on.

PushPress says international pricing needs a sales call. Processing math assumes one payment per member per month at the 30 cent fixed fee on every plan. MessageAgent is not gym management software; it sits next to it.

What you get

Everything one AI agent handles

1

Three Core plans with one real difference

Core Free, Pro at $159 and Max at $229 all list unlimited members, staff, admins and leads. What changes is the card rate (4.99%, 2.89%, 2.75%), the ACH rate (2.89%, then 0.79% on both paid plans) and support: Free gets self-serve help and AI support with a 48-hour wait for a person, Pro and Max get live replies and video calls.

2

Free stops being free at $7,571 a month

Pro cuts both the card and the ACH rate by exactly 2.10 points, so the break-even does not depend on your payment mix: $159 divided by 2.10% is $7,571 of monthly volume. A 50-member gym at $150 sits right on it ($342 on Free, $343.50 on Pro). Above that, every extra dollar processed makes Free the expensive plan.

3

Max needs $50,000 a month in card payments

Max costs $70 more than Pro and lowers only the card rate, by 0.14 points; ACH stays at 0.79% on both. So Max pays for itself on processing only above $50,000 a month in card payments. For most single-location boxes Pro is the cheaper plan, and the $44 difference in our example is the price of the Max feature set.

4

Grow is $329 of follow-up and marketing

PushPress Grow adds a CRM, lead forms and landing pages, automated email and text sequences, WhatsApp with approved templates, a managed website and GymHappy review requests. PushPress says Grow gyms average 48% more leads a month than Core-only gyms; that is its own figure. The follow-up is sequences you write once, so a lead with a question still waits for a person.

5

Full Stack saves about $105 a month

The Grow FAQ says Full Stack bundles Core Pro, Train, the Branded App and Grow. Bought one by one at the published prices that is $159 + $79 + $97 + $329 = $664 a month, against about $559 for the bundle, roughly 16% off. Only buy it if you would pay for Train and the app anyway.

6

The AI Assistant talks to the owner and not to leads

PushPress AI Assistant is live on Pro and Max at no extra charge. It answers the owner: who has a pending cancel, charge all no-shows from the 6am class, which members are at risk. PushPress calls it a general manager and says plainly that it is not a chatbot. It does not answer prospects in your Instagram DMs at night.

7

Where PushPress wins

For an independent CrossFit box, martial arts academy or strength gym, PushPress is a full platform at an honest published price: billing, scheduling, check-in, waivers, rank tracking, a member app and a free entry plan with no time limit. Few gym platforms print every price, and none of its add-ons hide behind a call for US gyms.

8

Where an AI agent fits next to it

MessageAgent does not replace PushPress Core; your members still pay and book there. It covers the conversation before someone becomes a member: it answers the price, contract and class time questions on Instagram, Facebook, text and web chat in seconds, books the intro on your calendar and follows up on no-shows. Growth is $199 a month, $130 less than Grow.

Common questions

PushPress pricing questions

How much does PushPress cost?

PushPress costs $0 a month on Core Free, $159 on Core Pro and $229 on Core Max, according to pushpress.com/pricing on 13 October 2026. Add-ons are Grow at $329, Train at $79 and the Branded App at $97 a month, or about $559 for the Full Stack bundle. Card processing is charged on top of every plan.

Is PushPress really free?

The Core Free plan has no monthly fee and no time limit, but it charges 4.99% plus 30 cents on card payments and 2.89% plus 30 cents on ACH. PushPress earns on processing instead of a subscription. Once your gym processes more than about $7,571 a month, the $159 Pro plan costs less in total than Free.

How much is PushPress Grow?

PushPress Grow is $329 a month as an add-on to PushPress Core, according to its product page on 13 October 2026, or part of the Full Stack bundle at about $559 with Core Pro, Train and the Branded App. Grow includes the CRM, automated email and text, lead forms, a managed website, WhatsApp templates and GymHappy reviews.

What are the PushPress processing fees?

On cards, 4.99% + $0.30 on Free, 2.89% + $0.30 on Pro and 2.75% + $0.30 on Max. On ACH, 2.89% + $0.30 on Free and 0.79% + $0.30 on both Pro and Max. Rates are in US dollars; PushPress says international pricing needs a call with sales.

Is PushPress Pro worth it over the free plan?

Yes, once your gym processes more than about $7,571 a month. Pro lowers both the card and ACH rate by 2.10 points, so at that volume the saving equals the $159 fee. A 150-member gym at $175 a month pays about $1,190 a month on Free and $797 on Pro, a saving of about $392.

When is PushPress Max worth it?

On processing alone, only above about $50,000 a month in card payments. Max costs $70 more than Pro and lowers the card rate by 0.14 points, while ACH stays at 0.79% on both. Below that volume, choose Max for its features and support, not to save on fees.

What is included in PushPress Full Stack?

PushPress Full Stack combines Core Pro, Train, the Branded App and Grow, according to the Grow FAQ, for about $559 a month. Priced separately those four lines add up to $664, so the bundle saves roughly $105 a month, about 16%. Card and ACH processing are still charged at the Pro rates.

Does PushPress have an AI chatbot for leads?

Not in the sense of an AI that chats with prospects. The PushPress AI Assistant, included on Pro and Max, answers the gym owner about members, billing and attendance, and PushPress says it is not a chatbot. Grow sends automated email and text sequences. Answering a new lead in an Instagram DM still needs a person or a separate AI agent.

How much does PushPress Train cost?

PushPress Train is $79 a month, and the pricing FAQ describes it as workout tracking for up to 20 clients. Core includes Train Lite for basic daily workout programming; the paid Train Pro adds score logging, benchmarks and habit tracking. Train is also part of the Full Stack bundle.

Does PushPress charge per member?

No. All three Core plans list unlimited members, leads, staff and admins, so the subscription does not rise with headcount. What rises is processing, because PushPress takes a percentage of every payment. That is why a growing gym moves from Free to Pro: the fee is flat, the processing saving grows with revenue.

What is a cheaper alternative to PushPress Grow?

If what you want from Grow is fast replies to new leads, an AI agent costs less: MessageAgent Growth is $199 a month, or $99 billed yearly, and answers Instagram DMs, text, WhatsApp and web chat, then books the intro. Grow at $329 also gives you a website and review requests, which MessageAgent does not.

Can I use MessageAgent with PushPress?

Yes, side by side. Members keep paying, booking and checking in through PushPress Core. MessageAgent handles the conversations that come before that, on Instagram, Facebook, text, WhatsApp and web chat, and hands each qualified lead to your staff with the full chat attached. PushPress lists Zapier among its integrations if you want leads passed across automatically.
