WEAVE PRICING

Weave pricing: Weave cost per month, the three plans, and the only number Weave publishes

Weave publishes one number and three unpriced plans. Here is what the Pro, Elite and Ultimate columns actually differ on, read row by row from the live comparison grid.

Weave publishes exactly one dollar figure on its pricing page, and it is not attached to a plan. The line reads: find just what you need and get the most out of Weave with simple plans and pricing, starting from $199 per month. We read getweave.com/pricing first-hand on 3 September 2026 from a United States connection, and that sentence is the entire published price. Below it sit three plan cards, Ultimate, Elite and Pro, and every one of them carries a button marked Get Pricing rather than a rate. So you can learn the floor of the range and nothing about where in that range you would land.

That leaves the feature comparison grid as the only real evidence, and the grid is more revealing than the cards. It runs thirty rows. Twenty four of those rows are identical on all three plans. Exactly one row publishes a different number for each tier, and it is the bulk texting monthly allotment: 1,500 messages on Pro, 3,000 on Elite, 15,000 on Ultimate. That single row is the only quantified difference Weave prints between its cheapest and most expensive plan, and the spread is not even. Pro to Elite doubles. Elite to Ultimate multiplies by five.

Six rows are gated rather than shared, and three of those six sit on Ultimate alone: Call Intelligence, which is Weave's AI product and is marked NEW, Practice Analytics, which is dental only, and quarterly one on one training. Three more require Elite or above: online scheduling, digital forms and insurance verification. Read that list and the shape of the offer becomes clear. The AI is a top tier gate, not a metered add on, and the two features a busy front desk is most likely to want on day one, online scheduling and digital forms, are the ones Pro does not have. Before you take the sales call, work out which of those six rows you actually need, because those six rows are the whole ladder.

Side by side

Everything Weave publishes about its pricing, and everything it leaves to the sales call

Read first-hand from getweave.com/pricing on 3 September 2026, served to a United States visitor. Note that weave.com/pricing returns HTTP 404; the live pricing page sits on getweave.com. This table records what is printed on the page rather than figures repeated in third-party articles, which currently disagree with each other by a factor of three.

What a buyer needs What Weave publishes What to do about it
A plan price None. Three cards, Ultimate, Elite and Pro, each showing Get Pricing instead of a rate Ask for all three tier rates in one email so you can see the ladder, not just your quote
A starting figure One line: starting from $199 per month. Not attached to any of the three plans Treat $199 as the floor of the cheapest plan, not as the price of the plan you will be sold
Billing unit Not stated on the page. No per-seat, per-user or per-location rate is printed anywhere Confirm in writing whether you are billed per practice, per location or per provider
Difference between the plans Thirty comparison rows, of which twenty four are identical on all three plans Do not pay for a tier to get features the tier below already includes. Six rows are the whole difference
Bulk texting allotment 1,500 messages on Pro, 3,000 on Elite, 15,000 on Ultimate, per month This is the only per-tier number published. Count your real monthly send before choosing
Bulk texting overage rate None published. Nothing states what happens when you exceed the allotment Get the overage rate per message in writing. It is the most likely surprise on this bill
AI pricing Call Intelligence is marked NEW and appears in the Ultimate column only. No usage rate published If you want the AI, price Ultimate. There is no published way to buy it on a lower plan
Hardware Ultimate lists up to 15 phones (T-85). Elite and Pro show phones with no count printed Ask how many handsets each tier includes and what a sixteenth phone costs
Free trial None published. No trial button and no trial length appears on the pricing page Ask for a defined pilot period with an exit, since there is no self-serve way to try it
Self-serve checkout None. Every path is Get Pricing, Get Started or Get Enterprise Pricing Build sales-cycle time into your switch plan. Sales line published as 888-579-5668
Contract term and renewal uplift Not published anywhere on the pricing page Ask the term length and the renewal increase before you sign, not at renewal
MessageAgent (planned, not yet on sale) Flat $79, $199 or $499 per month, published up front, no tier gate on the AI Carrier and Meta fees passed through at cost. Join the waitlist

The row worth staring at is the fourth one. Twenty four of thirty features are on every plan, so the ladder from Pro to Ultimate is built out of six rows and one number. If none of those six rows matters to your practice, the tier difference you are being quoted for is the bulk texting allotment and very little else. That is a much easier negotiation to have than a fifty feature comparison, and it is only visible if you read the grid instead of the cards.

What you get

Everything one AI agent handles

1

One published figure, three unpriced plans

The only dollar amount on the Weave pricing page is starting from $199 per month, printed in the subheading and attached to no plan. Ultimate, Elite and Pro all show Get Pricing. This is a different shape from Birdeye, which publishes nothing at all, and from Thryv, which prints a rate on each card. Weave gives you a floor and hides the ladder, so ask for all three tier rates rather than only the quote for the tier you were steered toward.

2

Only one row in the whole grid varies by tier

We read all thirty rows of the comparison grid on 3 September 2026. Exactly one publishes a different number per plan: the bulk texting monthly allotment, at 1,500 messages on Pro, 3,000 on Elite and 15,000 on Ultimate. That is a tenfold spread from bottom to top, and it is uneven. Doubling from Pro to Elite, then five times again to Ultimate. If you send 4,000 texts a month you are pushed to the top tier by one number.

3

The AI is a tier gate, not a meter

Call Intelligence, described as using AI to turn more calls into more appointments and flagged NEW, renders in the Ultimate column only. No per-call, per-minute or per-conversation AI rate is published. That is the opposite of the model Zendesk uses at $1.50 per automated resolution or Freshdesk at $0.49 per session. It is kinder if you use the AI heavily and harsher if you only want to try it, because there is no published way to buy it on Pro or Elite at any price.

4

Twenty four of thirty features are on every plan

Appointment reminders, two-way texting, missed call texting, reviews, payments, text to pay, recall, phone tree, call queue, call analytics, team chat, fax, waitlist, email marketing and the collections lists are all shown on Pro, Elite and Ultimate alike. Six rows are gated. Knowing that changes the conversation from which plan has the features to which of these six rows do we actually need, and it is the single most useful thing in this analysis.

5

The six gated rows, in full

Ultimate alone: Call Intelligence, Practice Analytics, which is dental only, and quarterly one on one training. Elite and above: online scheduling, digital forms, and insurance verification, which is also dental only. Note what that means for a small dental practice on Pro. It gets neither of the two dental specific features, and it gets neither online scheduling nor digital forms, which are usually the reason a practice buys this category in the first place.

6

Your vertical changes what a plan is worth

Four features on the grid are restricted by practice type. Practice Analytics and insurance verification are marked dental only. Eyewear ready notifications are optometry only. Vaccine reminders are veterinary only. So identical plans deliver different value depending on whether you run a dental, optometry, veterinary or general medical practice, and a medical practice in particular should check how many of the tier gated rows it can even use before paying for Ultimate.

7

Hardware is bundled into the software tier

Ultimate lists up to 15 phones (T-85), physical VOIP handsets included with the subscription. Elite and Pro show phones without a published count. No other vendor tracked here ships hardware inside the plan, which makes a straight list-price comparison against a software-only messaging tool structurally unfair in both directions. Work out what the handsets would cost you separately before you decide Weave looks expensive.

8

Third-party Weave prices disagree by a factor of three

Search for Weave pricing and you will find articles confidently quoting figures spread from roughly $199 to about $700 a month for the same product in the same year, sometimes with invented tier names attached. None of those is a Weave-published rate, because Weave has published one number and no tier prices. Use them as evidence that quotes vary a lot, which is genuinely useful, and never as a figure to put in a budget.

9

Where a flat messaging subscription fits instead

Weave is a practice operating system: phones, faxes, payments, reviews, recall and messaging in one package, sold with handsets. If the job you are hiring for is only the conversation, answering, qualifying, booking and following up across SMS, web chat and the social inboxes, that is a much narrower product. MessageAgent is planned at a flat $79, $199 or $499 a month with the AI on every tier rather than gated to the top one. It is pre-launch and not yet purchasable, and you can join the waitlist today.

Common questions

Weave pricing questions

How much does Weave cost?

Weave publishes one figure: starting from $199 per month. Reading getweave.com/pricing on 3 September 2026, that sentence is the only dollar amount on the page, and it is not attached to any of the three plans. Ultimate, Elite and Pro each show a Get Pricing button instead of a rate, so your actual cost is quoted individually after a sales conversation.

How much is Weave per month?

The published floor is $199 a month and there is no published ceiling. Weave prints no rate on any of its three plan cards, so the gap between the floor and what you are quoted is set in the sales call. Third-party articles circulate figures from roughly $199 to about $700 for the same product, none of them vendor published, which tells you quotes vary widely by scope.

What are the Weave pricing plans?

Weave publishes three named plans, shown left to right as Ultimate, Elite and Pro, with Elite marked Most Popular. A separate Get Enterprise Pricing path exists for larger organizations. None of the three carries a published price. Every plan includes what Weave calls award-winning customer support and expert onboarding.

What is the difference between Weave Pro, Elite and Ultimate?

Six rows out of thirty, plus one number. Ultimate alone adds Call Intelligence, Practice Analytics for dental and quarterly one on one training. Elite and Ultimate add online scheduling, digital forms and dental insurance verification. The one number is the bulk texting allotment: 1,500 messages on Pro, 3,000 on Elite and 15,000 on Ultimate. Everything else on the grid is shared.

How much is Weave Elite?

Weave does not publish a price for Elite, despite marking it Most Popular. What it publishes about the tier is that Elite includes 3,000 bulk text messages a month, twice the Pro allotment, and adds online scheduling, digital forms and dental insurance verification over Pro. It does not include Call Intelligence, Practice Analytics or quarterly training, which are Ultimate only.

What is Weave dental pricing?

There is no separate dental price list. Weave sells the same three plans to dental, optometry, veterinary and medical practices, and gates certain features by vertical instead. For dental specifically, Practice Analytics is Ultimate only and insurance verification requires Elite or above, so a dental practice on the Pro plan gets neither of the two dental specific features on the grid.

Does Weave charge per text message?

Weave publishes a monthly bulk texting allotment for each tier but no per-message rate and no overage rate. Nothing on the pricing page states what happens if you exceed 1,500, 3,000 or 15,000 messages in a month. Get that number in writing before you sign, because it is the one line on this bill most likely to move without warning.

Does Weave offer a free trial?

No free trial is published. The pricing page shows no trial button and no trial length, and there is no self-serve signup path. Every call to action routes to Get Pricing, Get Started or Get Enterprise Pricing. If you want to evaluate before committing, ask for a defined pilot with a clean exit, since that is the practical equivalent here.

Is Weave worth it for a small practice?

It depends on which of the six gated rows you need. If online scheduling and digital forms matter to you, and they usually do, the entry Pro plan does not have them, so the real comparison starts at Elite. A single-site practice that mainly needs to answer messages and book appointments is buying a phone system, a fax service and a payments product alongside the part it wanted.

Does Weave include phones?

Yes, and that is unusual. VOIP handsets are part of the subscription rather than a separate purchase, and the Ultimate column specifies up to 15 phones of the T-85 model. Elite and Pro show phones included without a published count. Ask how many handsets your tier covers and what an additional phone costs, because neither is published.

How does Weave pricing compare to Podium?

Weave publishes more than Podium does. As of 2 September 2026, Podium had removed the Core $399 and Pro $599 prices it was showing on 23 August and now publishes no plan prices at all, routing buyers to an industry-gated form. Weave at least publishes a $199 floor and three named tiers with a full feature grid, so you can prepare for the call with something concrete.

How does Weave pricing compare to Birdeye?

Birdeye publishes nothing. Its pricing page contains zero dollar figures, no tier names and a two-field form asking only how many locations you run and your mobile number. Weave publishes a floor, three plan names and a thirty row feature grid. They also target differently: Birdeye is built around multi-location reputation and listings, Weave around the operations of a single healthcare practice.

Is there Weave enterprise pricing?

Weave shows a separate Get Enterprise Pricing button alongside the three plan cards, positioned for what it calls healthcare organizations big or small, but publishes no enterprise rates or thresholds. If you run several locations, use that path rather than the standard one, and ask where the volume breaks sit rather than accepting a per-location retail rate.

Why does weave.com/pricing not work?

Weave operates its marketing site on getweave.com. Requesting weave.com/pricing returns HTTP 404, checked on 3 September 2026. The live pricing page is getweave.com/pricing. This trips up comparison articles regularly, and it is worth knowing if you are trying to verify a figure somebody quoted you against the source.

What does Weave include on every plan?

Twenty four of the thirty comparison rows appear on all three tiers: appointment reminders, schedule confirmations, two-way text messaging, missed call texting, the collections and overdue patient lists, phone tree, call queue, call analytics, team chat, fax, call pop, waitlist, reviews, email marketing, customer profile, text to pay, payments, buy now pay over time and recall. Weave also states that support and onboarding are included with every plan.

What should I ask Weave before signing?

Four things, none of which is published. The rate for all three tiers rather than just yours, the per-message overage rate above your bulk texting allotment, the contract term and the renewal uplift, and how many handsets your tier includes. Because twenty four of thirty features are identical across plans, the negotiation is really about six rows and one message allotment.
