Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MessageAgent ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and our omnichannel AI messaging service. We keep this short and plain.

Information we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address and basic account details. When you contact us, we collect the information you provide. When you use the service, we process the customer conversations and contact data you connect to MessageAgent so the AI can answer, qualify, book, and escalate on your behalf.

How we use information

  • To set up and operate your workspace and the AI agent.
  • To send you the verification code and important account messages.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To improve the reliability and quality of the service.

Your customers' data

Conversation and contact data you connect is processed on your behalf as a data processor. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles for advertising. AI disclosure is on by default, and opt-out requests (such as STOP for SMS) are honored automatically.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run MessageAgent (for example, hosting and channel providers such as the WhatsApp Business Platform), under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is scoped to your workspace. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, email [email protected].
