Pricing questions
Questions about plans
Why is there no free plan?
MessageAgent is a professional tool for teams that depend on customer conversations. Paid-only keeps response quality high and the platform free of spam and abuse, so your customers get real answers, not a toy bot.
Will I get surprise bills?
No. Your subscription is flat and predictable. Carrier and Meta message fees are passed through at cost with no markup, and we do not charge per resolution.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Plans are month to month, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime, and there are no contracts.
What counts as an AI conversation?
A conversation is a back-and-forth thread with one customer, regardless of how many messages it contains, across any channel.
