WellnessLiving pricing starts at $69 a month for Starter, which covers one staff member, then $199 a month for Business with unlimited staff and $349 a month for BusinessPro, which adds a white label client app. Paying annually takes 10% off: $62, $179 and $314 a month. Enterprise is quoted on a call.
The number most studios actually pay is $199, because the second instructor or front desk login moves you off Starter. Business and BusinessPro also run an 80% discount for the first two months ($39 and $69), so year one costs less than year two. CAASI, the AI front desk, is an add-on with no published price, and two-way conversational texting is billed per use at a rate the page does not print.

The second login costs $130 a month
Starter is $69 and covers one staff member. Business is $199 and covers unlimited staff. Nothing sits in between, so the jump from a solo practice to a two-person studio is $130 a month, or $117 on annual billing. For a studio with four instructors that is still cheap per head, but for a solo teacher hiring a first assistant it is the biggest line on the bill.
Year one is cheaper than year two
Business and BusinessPro carry an 80% discount for the first two months. On monthly billing, year one of Business costs 2 x $39 plus 10 x $199, which is $2,068. On annual billing it is 2 x $35 plus 10 x $179, or $1,860. From year two the plain rates apply: $2,388 monthly or $2,148 annually. Budget on year two.
BusinessPro is $150 for one feature
The BusinessPro card lists one addition over Business: the white label Achieve client app with your own branding. The difference is $150 a month, or $135 billed annually. If you do not need a branded app in the app stores, Business carries every other published feature, and the branded app also appears in the add-on list for Business customers.
Texting is in every plan, metered after that
Starter already includes email and SMS notifications, the booking confirmations and reminders. Two-way conversational SMS, where staff and clients text back and forth, is pay per use, and marketing texts through Message Center are billed at rates that vary by country. Neither rate is printed, so ask for both per message.
The AI front desk has no price on the page
CAASI, short for Customer-Assisting Artificial Sales Intelligence, greets callers and website visitors, answers questions about your services, captures contact details and guides clients toward booking. WellnessLiving lists it as an add-on and prints no price, so the cost of its AI comes only from a sales call.
Where WellnessLiving wins
It prints more of its rate card than most studio platforms. Mindbody shows one plan price, $79 per location, and quotes the rest. WellnessLiving also includes text notifications on its cheapest plan, free data migration and free training, and gives veterans 15% off. For a solo instructor, Starter at $62 a month on annual billing is one of the lowest published prices in the category.
Where Mindbody is cheaper
Mindbody Starter costs $79 a month per location with unlimited staff users. A studio with two or more instructors that only needs booking, payments and reminders pays $120 a month less on Mindbody Starter than on WellnessLiving Business. The trade is that Mindbody puts text reminders, marketing and its AI on plans it does not price.

Not per seat, but the plan depends on staff. Starter includes exactly one staff member. Business and every plan above it include unlimited staff. So a studio pays $69 for one login and $199 for two or more, with nothing in between, which makes the second login cost $130 a month.
Does WellnessLiving have a setup fee?
No. The pricing page offers free setup and data migration, and the FAQ says training and onboarding are free as part of its White Glove onboarding, with a dedicated onboarding specialist, a kick-off call and two one-hour training sessions. Older guides that list a $299 setup fee describe a previous offer.
How much is CAASI from WellnessLiving?
WellnessLiving does not publish a CAASI price. The pricing page lists the CAASI AI Front Desk as an add-on with no amount next to it, and the plan cards do not include it. CAASI answers callers and website visitors, captures leads and guides them to book. Ask for the monthly price and any usage charge in writing.
Does WellnessLiving include text messaging?
Partly. Every plan, Starter included, sends email and SMS notifications such as booking confirmations and reminders. Two-way conversational SMS is pay per use, and marketing texts through Message Center are billed at rates that vary by country. Email and text marketing campaigns start on Business.
Is WellnessLiving cheaper than Mindbody?
Only for a one-person business. WellnessLiving Starter is $69, or $62 annually, against $79 for Mindbody Starter. Once a second person needs a login, WellnessLiving moves you to Business at $199, and Mindbody Starter, which includes unlimited staff, becomes $120 a month cheaper on what both vendors publish.
Can I cancel or change WellnessLiving plans?
You can upgrade at any time from the WellnessLiving dashboard, according to its FAQ. Billing is monthly or annual by card, and BusinessPro and Enterprise can be invoiced. The pricing page does not describe downgrade or cancellation terms, so check the contract length on your agreement before choosing annual billing.
Does WellnessLiving offer discounts?
Three are published: 10% off for annual billing, 80% off the first two months of Business and BusinessPro, and 15% off for veterans after verification. On Business, the annual discount alone is worth $240 a year and the two-month promotion $320 in year one on monthly billing.
Why do websites list different WellnessLiving prices?
Because the plans changed. Several guides still quote Basic at $89, Advanced at $129 and Professional at $159, or Business at $63 and BusinessPro at $113, which are not the plans on the pricing page now. On 23 October 2026 the page shows Starter $69, Business $199, BusinessPro $349 and Enterprise by quote.
