SleekFlow vs ManyChat pricing at 500 to 8,000 contacts, and which one a US team should buy

Billed yearly, ManyChat Pro covers 2,500 contacts for $29 while SleekFlow Pro costs $109 at 500 and $369 at 8,000, about four to seven times more. What SleekFlow sells for the gap is a ten-seat team inbox with US texting, calls and integrations.

SleekFlow vs ManyChat pricing is not close on paper. Billed yearly, ManyChat costs $29 a month for up to 2,500 monthly active contacts on Pro, while SleekFlow Pro costs $109 at 500 contacts and $199 at 2,000. At 8,000 contacts the cheapest ManyChat setup is about $78 a month against $369 for SleekFlow Pro, roughly 4.7 times less. What SleekFlow sells for the difference is a team inbox: ten user accounts, US texting and calling numbers, Shopify and CRM integrations. If your messages come from Instagram and one or two people answer them, ManyChat is the cheaper buy. If a team works WhatsApp, SMS and web chat together, the gap narrows fast.

SleekFlow prices were read on sleekflow.io/en-us/pricing on 7 October 2026 at every contact tier on both billing cycles, with US SMS rates from SleekFlow's help center. ManyChat prices were read on manychat.com/pricing on 5 October 2026, and its contact rules on ManyChat's own pricing explainer on 7 October 2026. US dollars, before taxes, Meta message fees and carrier charges.

SleekFlow vs ManyChat pricing at a glance

Both tools now bill on the same idea, the monthly active contact: a person who exchanged a message with you during the billing month, counted once however often they write. ManyChat moved to that model in April 2026, replacing its old cumulative contact count. That makes the two ladders directly comparable for the first time, which most comparison pages still miss because they quote ManyChat's old model or SleekFlow plans that no longer exist.

Is ManyChat cheaper than SleekFlow?

Yes, at every contact count we could test, and by a wide margin. The table below takes the cheapest way to cover each volume on each tool, billed yearly. For ManyChat that sometimes means paying overage on a lower plan, and sometimes means jumping a plan, whichever costs less. For SleekFlow it means the Pro tier at that contact count, since Pro is the first plan with AI agents.

Monthly active contactsSleekFlow Pro, yearlyCheapest ManyChat, yearlySleekFlow costs
500$109$29 (Pro)3.8 times more
1,000$149$29 (Pro)5.1 times more
2,000$199$29 (Pro)6.9 times more
4,000$279$69 (Business; Pro plus overage would be $86)4.0 times more
8,000$369$78 (Business plus 500 at $0.018)4.7 times more

Month to month the picture is the same. At 2,000 contacts SleekFlow Pro is $249 against ManyChat Pro at $39. At 8,000 it is $479 against about $112 for ManyChat Business with overage at $0.025 a contact.

So if the only question is the subscription, ManyChat wins. It is rarely the only question, because the two products do different jobs once a second person needs to answer messages.

Where SleekFlow earns its higher price

Seats. SleekFlow Pro includes ten user accounts. ManyChat Pro includes three users and two inbox seats, and you need Advanced at $139 a month billed yearly to get ten users, and even then only five inbox seats. At 500 contacts SleekFlow Pro at $109 is cheaper than ManyChat Advanced. By 1,000 contacts it is $149 against $139, so ManyChat edges ahead again, but the ten-person inbox is the closest like-for-like comparison and the gap shrinks from fivefold to a few dollars.

US texting and calls. SleekFlow's US page lists a local number for SMS and for VoIP calls at $1 a month each, with US SMS at $0.001955 per segment each way plus carrier fees. A clinic, dealership or home services company that gets most of its leads by text can run SMS, WhatsApp and calls from one inbox. ManyChat lists SMS from its Pro plan and no calling at all.

Integrations. SleekFlow Pro connects Shopify, Google Sheets and its API. Premium adds HubSpot and Zoho sync, webhooks and HTTP requests so an AI agent can update an order or a booking, and Enterprise adds Salesforce. ManyChat is built around Instagram and TikTok growth tools such as comment-to-DM automations, which SleekFlow does not try to match.

Onboarding. SleekFlow runs free group onboarding sessions for Pro users and a 60-day dedicated onboarding that is included on Premium or $999 one time otherwise.

What does each one cost when a post goes viral?

This is the scenario ManyChat users worry about most, and ManyChat addresses it head on in its own pricing explainer: if one post drives 20,000 people into an automation, all of them become active contacts that month. Billed yearly, a 20,000-contact month costs $139 on ManyChat Advanced, which covers up to 25,000. ManyChat lets you set an overage threshold, including capping new active contacts entirely, and warns you at 70, 90 and 100 percent of your allowance.

SleekFlow's selector stops at 8,000 contacts and asks you to talk to sales above that. Below it, SleekFlow adds 100 contacts at a time for the month, but its pricing page does not say what each block costs. If viral spikes are part of your business, ask SleekFlow for that rate in writing before you sign. A spike on SleekFlow lands on a team inbox priced for a sales team, not for a creator audience.

One detail in SleekFlow's favour: its pricing FAQ says a one-way broadcast that gets no reply does not count as an active contact. ManyChat's explainer counts a person when they interact with you during the billing month. If you broadcast to a large list that rarely replies, ask ManyChat how those recipients are counted before you send.

Which is better for a US small business, SleekFlow or ManyChat?

Write down where your last fifty conversations started. Then pick by the shape of that list rather than by the sticker.

  • Mostly Instagram and TikTok, one or two people answering. ManyChat. It costs a quarter to a seventh of SleekFlow at the same volume, and its growth tools are the reason people buy it. Creators and DTC brands who feed those DMs with paid social often pair it with UGC video ads generated from a product page, since the ad and the DM flow are one funnel.
  • A team answering WhatsApp, text and web chat for a store or a service business. SleekFlow Pro, or Premium if the AI needs to act in your CRM. Budget the contact tier you reach in a busy month, plus $15 for each WhatsApp number. Our full SleekFlow pricing breakdown has every tier on both billing cycles.
  • You want an AI that answers, qualifies and books on every channel, and you do not want a contact meter at all. That is a different purchase from either of these.

A flat-priced alternative to both

MessageAgent is an AI agent rather than an inbox you staff. It answers on SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Messenger, web chat and email with one shared memory, qualifies leads against your rules, books into your calendar and hands off to a person with the whole thread attached. Growth is $99 a month billed yearly or $199 month to month, with 5,000 AI conversations and 10 seats, and there is no contact tier, so a viral week changes your workload and not your invoice. Carrier and Meta fees pass through at cost.

We are not the right buy for everyone. If your growth runs on Instagram comment automations, ManyChat does that better and cheaper. If you send WhatsApp broadcast campaigns at volume, SleekFlow is built for it and we deliberately are not. If your problem is that leads message you at 9pm and nobody answers until morning, try the demo at the top of this page with a question your customers actually ask. You can also compare how the other contact-priced tools stack up in our ManyChat pricing breakdown and the respond.io vs SleekFlow comparison.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SleekFlow cost compared with ManyChat?

Billed yearly, SleekFlow costs $49 for Essential, $109 to $369 for Pro and $279 to $599 for Premium as contacts grow from 500 to 8,000. ManyChat costs $14 for Essential, $29 for Pro, $69 for Business and $139 for Advanced, covering 250 to 25,000 contacts. At 2,000 contacts that is $199 for SleekFlow Pro against $29 for ManyChat Pro.

Does SleekFlow have a free plan like ManyChat?

No. ManyChat has a Free plan with 25 active contacts a month, two channels and ManyChat branding. SleekFlow has no free plan; it offers a 7-day trial of Pro with no credit card, after which the workspace pauses until you subscribe. Its cheapest paid plan, Essential at $49 billed yearly, starts with a demo call.

Which is better for WhatsApp, SleekFlow or ManyChat?

SleekFlow, if WhatsApp is a team channel rather than a marketing add-on. It hosts WhatsApp numbers at $15 a month each, includes ten user accounts on Pro and runs WhatsApp next to SMS, calls and web chat in one inbox. ManyChat adds WhatsApp from its Pro plan and suits automated flows answered by a small team.

Can I switch from ManyChat to SleekFlow?

Yes, but plan the rebuild. Automations, comment triggers and flows do not carry over between the two tools, so they have to be rebuilt in SleekFlow's flow builder, and each WhatsApp number has to be connected again. Run both for one billing month so nothing drops, and keep ManyChat for Instagram growth automations if they are working.
