Wodify vs PushPress pricing comes down to two things: what is published and how you get paid. PushPress prints every price, from Core Free at $0 to Core Pro at $159 and Core Max at $229 a month, with its card and ACH rates. Wodify prints one: $99 a month per location, a $199 list price with $100 off for life if you sign up by 31 October 2026. For a 150-member gym billing $175 a month with 70 percent of payments by card, Wodify Essentials at its best published processing rates costs about $735 a month and PushPress Pro $797. The gap narrows fast as your ACH share rises.
Wodify figures were read on wodify.com/p/wodify-pricing on 15 October 2026 in a real browser. PushPress figures come from pushpress.com/pricing, read on 13 October 2026 from a US connection. All prices are in US dollars. The arithmetic below is ours.
Wodify vs PushPress pricing side by side
The two companies sell to the same buyer, the independent CrossFit box, functional fitness gym or martial arts school, and they publish their prices in opposite ways. PushPress puts every plan, rate and add-on on one page. Wodify shows its tiers and features but only one dollar figure, and sends every other number to a demo.
| Line | Wodify (15 Oct 2026) | PushPress (13 Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Entry plan | Essentials, $99 a month per location ($199 list, $100 off for life) | Core Free, $0 a month |
| Middle plan | Accelerate, not published, $100 off the quote | Core Pro, $159 a month |
| Top plan | Ultimate, not published, $100 off the quote | Core Max, $229 a month |
| Card processing | As low as 2.6% + $0.25, varies by package | 4.99% + $0.30 on Free, 2.89% + $0.30 on Pro, 2.75% + $0.30 on Max |
| ACH processing | As low as 1.5% + $0.30, varies by package | 2.89% + $0.30 on Free, 0.79% + $0.30 on Pro and Max |
| Lead follow-up | Pre-built automations on Accelerate, unlimited on Ultimate | Grow add-on, $329 a month |
| Setup | A one-time onboarding fee, amount not published | No setup fee listed |
| Contract | Month to month on every tier | Month to month |
| Member limits | Priced per location, no member bands on the page | Unlimited members on every Core plan |
Two lines in that table decide most of the bill, and neither is the plan fee. One is processing, because both companies take a percentage of every membership payment. The other is how much of Wodify you can price at all before you sit through a sales call. Our Wodify pricing breakdown goes through the offer line by line, and the PushPress pricing page does the same for all seven PushPress prices.
How much does Wodify cost compared with PushPress?
For a typical single-location gym, Wodify Essentials at its floor rates and PushPress Pro land within about $60 a month of each other, and PushPress Free is the most expensive option once you have real revenue. Here is the same gym on each plan: 150 members paying $175 a month, $26,250 in total, 70 percent by card and 30 percent by ACH, one payment per member.
| Plan | Plan fee | Processing | Monthly total |
|---|---|---|---|
| PushPress Core Free | $0 | $1,189.50 | $1,189.50 |
| PushPress Core Pro | $159 | $638.25 | $797.25 |
| PushPress Core Max | $229 | $612.52 | $841.52 |
| Wodify Essentials, promo price, floor rates | $99 | From $635.63 | From $734.63 |
| Wodify Essentials, list price, floor rates | $199 | From $635.63 | From $834.63 |
Read the Wodify rows as a best case. Wodify publishes its processing rates as "as low as" and says they vary by package, and the Ultimate card is the one that lists "Our Lowest Processing Rates." If Essentials pays more than the floor, every Wodify total in that table rises. PushPress has no such uncertainty, because each Core plan prints its own rate. Ask Wodify for the Essentials rate in writing before you compare.
Is Wodify cheaper than PushPress?
On the plan fee, yes at the promotional price: $99 against $159 for PushPress Pro. On processing, it depends on how your members pay. Wodify's floor card rate beats PushPress Pro by 0.29 points and 5 cents a payment, while its floor ACH rate costs 0.71 points more. At a $175 average payment the two processing bills cross when about 69 percent of your volume is card. A gym that collects more by ACH than that pays less in fees on PushPress, even against Wodify's best rates.
Size changes the picture in a predictable way. A 50-member gym at $150 a month, 70 percent card, pays about $342 a month on PushPress Free and $343.50 on Pro, right on the Free versus Pro break-even of $7,571 a month processed. The same gym on Wodify Essentials at floor rates pays about $282.50 with the discount and $382.50 without it. At 300 members and $175, the totals are about $1,370 on discounted Wodify Essentials against $1,436 on PushPress Pro. In every case the $100 discount is what puts Wodify ahead. Without it, PushPress Pro is the cheaper plan at most sizes.
What happens when the Wodify discount ends?
According to Wodify, it does not end. The page promises $100 off every month for life, and a banner advertises "Save $1,200 on Wodify." Twelve months at $100 is exactly $1,200, so the banner counts only the first year of a discount the page calls permanent. Over three years on Essentials the discount is worth $3,600, as long as you keep the account and the terms hold.
Two details are worth getting in writing. First, the offer has moved before: search results for the same pricing URL still showed $179 reduced to $79 with a 31 May deadline, while the live page shows $199 reduced to $99 with a 31 October deadline. List price and offer price both rose by $20. Second, "for life" is a sales page claim, not a contract term, until it appears in your agreement. When you sign, keep the order form with the discount clause somewhere you can find it at renewal, ideally where you track signed vendor agreements and their renewal terms.
Lead follow-up on each platform and what it costs
Both companies charge extra for the tools that turn a lead into a member, and neither includes an AI that holds a conversation with a prospect. PushPress sells Grow at $329 a month: a CRM, lead forms, automated email and text sequences, WhatsApp templates, a managed website and review requests. Its AI Assistant, included on Pro and Max, talks to the owner about members and billing, and PushPress says plainly that it is not a chatbot. Wodify puts pre-built automations and email campaigns on Accelerate and unlimited automations on Ultimate, at prices it does not publish.
Both approaches send messages you write in advance when a lead is created. That works for reminders. It does not answer the person who replies at 9 p.m. asking whether the drop-in rate applies to a Saturday class, or the Instagram DM asking if you take beginners. Those questions decide whether a lead books an intro, and they arrive when nobody is at the front desk.
That is the gap MessageAgent fills. It answers price, contract and schedule questions on Instagram, Facebook, text, WhatsApp and web chat within seconds, books the intro on your calendar and hands each qualified lead to your staff with the conversation attached. Growth is $199 a month, or $99 a month billed yearly, with 5,000 AI conversations included. It does not replace Wodify or PushPress: members keep paying and booking there. Our AI sales chatbot for gyms and boutique fitness page shows how it runs in a studio.
Which platform fits which gym?
Pick PushPress if you want to know your full cost before you talk to anyone, if a good share of your members pay by ACH, or if you are starting small and want the free plan while revenue builds. Every price is public, members are unlimited on every plan, and moving from Free to Pro pays for itself above $7,571 a month processed.
Pick Wodify if workout and performance tracking is central to how you coach, if most of your members pay by card, and if you can lock the $100 discount into your agreement. Its Ultimate tier bundles a custom website and unlimited automations, and its single app covers members and staff. Budget for an onboarding fee you will only learn on the demo.
If you are still choosing a platform, the other two first-hand price checks we have run are worth a look: Gymdesk pricing by active members, which is cheaper than both for small martial arts schools, and Zen Planner pricing by member band.
Wodify vs PushPress pricing questions
Is Wodify more expensive than PushPress?
At the promotional price, Wodify Essentials costs $60 a month less than PushPress Pro on the plan fee, $99 against $159. At the $199 list price it costs $40 more. Wodify's middle and top tiers are not published, so a Wodify Accelerate or Ultimate quote cannot be compared until sales gives you a number.
Does Wodify or PushPress have lower processing fees?
Wodify has the lower card floor, 2.6% plus 25 cents against 2.89% plus 30 cents on PushPress Pro. PushPress has the lower ACH rate, 0.79% plus 30 cents against Wodify's floor of 1.5% plus 30 cents. At a $175 average payment, Wodify's floor rates cost less only when about 69 percent or more of your volume is card.
Do Wodify and PushPress charge per member?
Neither prices by member count on its pricing page. PushPress lists unlimited members, staff and leads on all three Core plans. Wodify prices per location. On both, the cost that grows with your gym is processing, because each takes a percentage of every payment your members make.
Does PushPress or Wodify have an AI chatbot?
Neither sells an AI that chats with prospects on its pricing page. PushPress AI Assistant answers the owner, not leads, and Wodify sells automations that send pre-written texts and emails. To answer Instagram DMs and texts in real time and book intros, gyms on either platform add a separate AI agent such as MessageAgent at $199 a month.
